Hi, I’m Abby Steffen, a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, CD (Doula Trainings International) and a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (NC License #1969).

Prenatal Yoga Classes

Coming in 2023, I will receive my certification in Prenatal Yoga, and will begin offering Prenatal Yoga classes. If this is something you’re interested in, please reach out, and I will keep you updated on when classes will become available!
